Available in 3mm White & Brushed SteelRigid Board Printing - Direct to Board - ACM Panel (Aluminium Composite / Dibond / Diabond)
We offer adirect to board printing service for ACM (Aluminium Composite / Dibond / Diabond). The quality is superb with no banding. This is supported by a digital cutting service which allows you to nest your jobs and get the maximum value from your material. Sheets can be upto 3050x1550mm (10ftx5ft). You may prefer to have the printed board laminated (gloss, matt, satin, anti-scuff or anti-bacterial) for extra protection or the finish you prefer. It can be throughcut to create amazing shapes and the sizes are always bang on accurate. our inks offer up to 5 year UV stability and are suitable for indoors and outdoor use. Read More

Available in 18mm OnlyRigid Board Printing - Direct to Board - MDF
MDF can be printed up to 48mm thick but common thicknesses are 6mm, 9mm,12mm & 18mm. We print using UV inks which cure instantly giving a matt effect. However by coating the material in advance we are able to achive a more vibrant effect. Because the wood in brown in colour there is no white point so if a true colour representation is required then a white ink layer can be either floor or spot printed. if you are interested in the effects that can be achieved by using our MDF direct to board printing service are of interest then we advise that you send a request to our customer service team to discuss your desired outcome. HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene) sheet has marginal resistance to impact and tearing. Our inks offer superb UV resistance and are waterproof, making the product suitable for indoor and ourdoor use.
